A nice spin around the Pendam trail with Shem, Jon, Derek and Gareth.

Nothing too strenuous although I did try fairly hard on the uphill sections.

Derek managed to crash on one section leaving him bloodied and bruised, but that's Derek for you!

Perfect weather for it.
